They treat you like a family before, during and after the sale. We are very pleased with their service and follow up. Thank you all!

Service went well. No complaints. Would like my car washed next time. This is the second visit with no car wash.

I believe I already responded

The service was exceptional. I was in and out very quickly. As always everyone was very friendly!

Good job

Nalley Lexus did a great job, friendly, professional staff.

Michael was great. Sal is great. Very happy with Nalley!

Service professionally managed: check-in, completion and follow-up all exceeded expectations.

Jim Roberts was our salesman he went out into the rain made a video of the truck amd sent it to us.we didn't know who he was he didn't have to do that. Doing that one thing made me drive from Chattanooga to Nalley. We purchased the truck because the truck was what they said it was and the salesman went above and beyond what he had to do. Thank you Jim Roberts

Anthony did a great job as always. Thank you
