I had a very good experience with Nalley Lexus in Roswell. They fixed my car and gave me a loaner for a week while part was being ordered and received. They were courteous and I was well attended too.

The items that were in need of repair was explained. I asked that my husband be contacted and they discusses all needed repairs since my knowledge base was limited. He assisted me in obtaining a vehicle to get home and use as my repairs were extensive. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Recall was done and ready when it was promised. Received a loner car so all worked out well.

Everything was perfect except your emissions test system was down.
