Courteous and kept me informed in spite of inconvenience of having to wait to the next day. One glitch: still used wrong cell number despite my requesting that number being removed.

We have had excellent customer service during 3 recent visits. Do is thorough & professional and made extra effort to get two repair issues resolved. Another time, Brandy took over for him when he was out. Our car’s warning systems had come on as we were driving. She was extremely busy but took care of us and made sure we had the loaner we needed. Julio also jumped in late one day to bring our care around for pick up. Quality service personnel like these are a contributing factor in owning Lexus vehicles.
