My advisor Anthony was tremendous!! He did a great job!!! Honestly, the best advisor I’ve ever had at Nalley. Service performed was not as good initially. But Anthony made it right!! And got the work done properly and for that we are grateful!!

The only glitch was breakdown of communication between mechanic, parts and service manager. Break pads showed in stock. In reality they were not and they had to wait for parts to get them from Smyrna store. Otherwise, I was 4 stars satisfied.
