Always prompt service and less wait time

I brought in my vehicle late in the afternoon due to a warning icon . I was unable to get a loaner car. My service advisor took the responsibility and got the repairs done while I waited

Nalley recently performed service on my RX330 in a courteous and very reasonably priced manner. I am a long time maintenance customer of Nalley and had purchased a battery which had now failed. The warranty was honored and for a minimal fee a new battery was installed and service was complete. Very happy with Nalley

The Service Advisor was polite and attentive. The service was completed in less time than I expected which was great! I appreciated the comfortable lounge area and the complimentary coffee!

Brandi was my Representative . She was courteous, professional, approachable and very accommodating. She made the experience pleasurable. The outside staff were equally as nice.

Brandi did a great job. Unfortunately, they were low on technicians. I waited 5 hours.
