We needed emergency service to make sure our tires were in good shape and didn’t have any roofing nails from a recent re-roofing job. We were worked in and taken care of right away. Superb service.

He made certain we had his contact information and urged us to call with any questions. Jim previously helped us with Lexus leases and we were delighted to return to his good counsel again. Always the best Brandy is always open to discussing any concerns or what’s coming up next. I used a loaner car this time - the only issue is the fuel charge- we pay enough as Lexus owners to not be charged foe a loaner. I have many Lexus from 1999 to present & used different locations over the year BC of where we lived- never have I ever had to pay for a loaner or pay foe fuel- I just thought that was a little rude
