David took great care of me, especially since I had to return to the dealership after my Engine Check light came on a day after regular maintenance was performed. I received regular communication while I was waiting and was assured that the Service techs were performing their due diligence to remedy the issue and get me on my way in a timely manner. Although inconvenient, it was still a good experience.
