Timely service good communication.

We needed the 35k service and as usual, the experience at Nallely Lexus was first class. We were greeted upon arrival at the service bay and efficiently checked in. We grabbed an expresó at the coffee bar and met with Andrew, our service technician. He was friendly and attentive. We took a stroll through the new car area and were sorely tempted by a particular model, but in the end, decided to pass, for now. Our car was ready before we knew it and it was clean, refreshed and ready to go. A great experience with all manner of Lexus professionals.
