My service advisor Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had appointment with David Fazio. When I get there, a young men came to take my car and told me wait for him check to see who I have appointment with. I was waiting for a while then I had to go to front desk to ask about David and came to see him directly. The reason is that young men put my key in the other advisor’s office. Other than that, I was waiting for so long for a oil change and tire rotation only. David told me that my car does not need to be changed oil because it has full synthetic oil. It can stay 10000 miles. But I had to remind him that he told me the same thing when I had my car service with 5000 miles before. He said sorry because he was looking at the other car information. Imagining if I do not remember and just let them do it what they said, how will my car engine be? Please review and improve your service. Thank you

Gabriella was polite and professional as she directed me on the test drive of the Lexus NX. She was patient explaining features unfamiliar to me ( I am upgrading from a 1993 SC 300 ). Although I was unable to find a Pre-Owned NX with my 'must have' features, I appreciate Gabriella's knowledgeable assistance.
