I made my appointment by phone for next day service with service technician, Anthony. He started the service by explaining what would be serviced and that I would be notified via text as they proceeded. Anything outside of the routine, he would talk with me before moving forward. The service went well and I was back on the road in about 45 minutes. Always friendly, efficient and overall good experience.

Gabriela was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about her product. We got the exactly the car we wanted. Not pushy at all. Very nice dealership recently remodeled. Facilities are first class. Second Lexus we purchased from Nalley.
