I don’t feel that I received exceptional service for purchasing my car. The car was not washed and showed stains on the outside and inside of the car. The battery to my key fob is low and was not replaced (I don’t see how this was missed), I am missing the cap for my cigarette lighter, I do not have a car manual or other things that normally come with the cars upon purchasing. The little things is what makes the difference. I feel that more energy was put into making the sale than the actual details of the car. This was disappointing
