Brandi is great and my experience is always great and Lexus always makes everything right. The only complaint I have is I booked online and picked a loaner vehicle for a reason, however when I got there there was none available due to COVID, so it was a little chaotic but worked out in the end. My suggestion would be not to allow people to select loaner vehicles and determine when they come in or change the system of who gets them!
