Brandi is great and my experience is always great and Lexus always makes everything right. The only complaint I have is I booked online and picked a loaner vehicle for a reason, however when I got there there was none available due to COVID, so it was a little chaotic but worked out in the end. My suggestion would be not to allow people to select loaner vehicles and determine when they come in or change the system of who gets them!

Performed services well, though there were grease marks on the interior driver's side door and on the rear seat where the fuel pump was replaced. Not happy with that.

Great experience

Great experience, the only complaint was that for the second service in a row, the car was not cleaned before being returned. In my view, whether or not the car wash is working, Lexus is a premium brand and a wash and vacuum needs to be done every time.

My battery went dead and I had an unscheduled visit for a new one. Everyone was helpful and provided professional and personal service. Thank you to Brandi for always being my advocate.

Work was performed and my service rep did a great job.
