Performed services well, though there were grease marks on the interior driver's side door and on the rear seat where the fuel pump was replaced. Not happy with that.

Great experience, the only complaint was that for the second service in a row, the car was not cleaned before being returned. In my view, whether or not the car wash is working, Lexus is a premium brand and a wash and vacuum needs to be done every time.
