I had a good experience. The second service tech was awesome. I would suggest that it would be great if there was an African American service technician since you transferred Moe to another location. I noticed that you have African Americans driving your cars. Hiring some in your service tech departments would be good!!

Do Pak is absolutely the best. He is the reason I continue to come back not only for service but to continue to buy new cars.
