I reserved a next day appointment online. I met Igor, the service manager who carefully noted my issues. He advised me that he was setting up diagnostic testing to determine the next steps. I waited in the lounge to be called back to Igor’s office to discuss the findings.

Overall it was a good experience, but the fact that my 2022 certified ES with 16k miles may have a brake issue and it’s not covered under any warranty is concerning. I get the “wear and tear” bit, but a brake system, especially from a company like Lexus, should be covered at 16k miles, period. Also, the fact that you want to charge me ~$90 for wiper blades is a joke. I replaced them myself for $16. I get the OEM stuff but come on.
