Such a wonderful car buying experience, and worked with Alex and Kevin. Their service and attention to my needs were top tier, and they were absolutely professional. I would refer my friends and family.

Nice environment to wait and relax while car was being serviced. Staff was very friendly. But, the estimated wait time that I was told on the phone of 1 hour actually ended up being a 3 hour time frame. And, it was a simple first 5K mile service. I don't even think my car was test driven like the service report says it was. I was given a niceLexus key chain to appease me for the wait but I would hope the service time would not be like this for future visits.

My experience with Nalley Lexus was a great and all associates I spoke to did their job in a professional manner. Mainly I spoke to Brian Guindin and though his leadership I had additional contact with Ron Campbell and Dexter Harris. During the time of my first phone call and through the process of purchasing my car not one time did I have a negative experience.
