Brandi Maday always takes great care of me and our 3 Lexus NX’s. And the service department personnel and mechanics are overall outstanding. (Disappointed my battery went after I think just 1 year in my l- certified vehicle and no warranty coverage?)

Do has been our service rep for many years and he has always gone out of his way to make sure we have the best of service available. Nally is lucky to have such a dedicated employee and he is what makes Nally a special place to do business. We have been buying cars from Nalley for 20 years and could never think about buying from any other Lexus dealer. The only reason we would change is if Doe left. He is a professional employee that demonstrates the high-quality service of Nalley. Please make sure he is rewarded for his service! We drive down to your dealership from North Carolina just to receive the special treatment he always extends us. James Murray

My new 2020 Lexus is my pride and joy. I like dealing with Nalley because they are local, very convenient and personal. Will Gallagher did a great job handling the service on my first Lexus so naturally we requested that he handle the service on our new one. I'll have to admit the idea of a free car wash anytime we bring it in is a real bonus.
