I made an appointment, Nalley was ready when we arrived. We were given an excellent loaner! Work was completed in a timely manner. I am only disappointed that such a fine auto needed recalls.

In all the years I’ve been a customer at Nalley Lexus I have always received excellent service. My Service Technician some how always kick it up another notch. Scheduled valet service was “overlooked “ so we had to drop off car for service. Manager was apologetic and expedited service from that point and provided valet service to return car to our home on time.
