As usual our service rep and your service team did a flawless job on our 450. My only reason for not a five star rating is your handling of the waiting room during the Covid crisis. People were freely walking around without masks, including some of your employees, and I had to keep jumping out of the way to maintain social distancing. This is unacceptable!

The repair man continued until he found the problem. He did not give up. I appreciated his diligence.
