The customer service agent was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had our car back the next day and everything is working great. They even took care of to recall items while they had the vehicle. It was a very easy experience.

The service is always I love service rep David he is always a pleasure to work with.

My car was in for recalls and ready when I was told it would be. Cameron, my service rep told me I needed new tires and that they were pro rated and Michelin would reimburse me for 52-60% of the retail cost of the new tires. Otherwise I would not have bought the tires from a dealership. The tires were rated for 60,000 miles and I only had 25,000 on the vehicle.

Brandi Maday was, as always, very responsive in arranging my servicing appointment. She immediately notified me of recommended additional servicing which I had done. Brandi is a pleasure to work with at all times - a 5 Star.
