The guys did great service! The advisors (David F., Cameron L.) answered all my questions and provided all the info i needed. The mechanic did quick multi-point inspection and outstanding tire rotation. And the renovated building is convenient and attractive.

The front passenger censor fell inside the bumper. I took my car to a auto shop. Shop owner said bumper had been replaced and censor had been glued to hold in place My technician said my warranty would not Cover this Issue. I asked to speak to her manager who said Lexus would absolutely fix This as it should have been detected before L/CERTIFIED. The manager couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He is the kind of employee you want representing Lexus.

David is good service adviser. Maybe Lexus could be a little quicker on supplying the parts.
