I came in for a tire repair and my service manager took good care of me. I appreciate the timeliness. I was Disappointed in the attitude of the barista. He appeared to be a bit disgruntled. Maybe it was a bad day for him but his energy was reflective of his attitude.....

My service rep, Brandi Maday, was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail the issues with my vehicle. She is an asset to Nalley Lexus 👍🏻

The service was for a recall. While they dealership was extremely busy, they were prompt, communicated timely and generally provided very good service.
