It was a 100K mile service which I was going to wait on. Then there were 3 additional services that needed to be taken care of that added more time. Igor arranged for a loaner right away which was extremely convenient!

We were long-time Lexus customers through another area dealer until 3 years ago when we made the mistake to switch to a Volvo lease. When we decided to now return to Lexus, our previous dealer could not meet our needs properly so we called Nalley. Manager Raleigh Arner spoke to us for 19 minutes to determine our needs, then after we hung up within another 19 minutes we had his quote. In 38 minutes we had a deal and the start of what we expect to be a great long-term relationship with the Lexus brand and the Nalley dealership. Raleigh & salesperson Hassan Mahmud were an absolutely superior team for us. They represent the brand and the dealership very well.

Tires/Tires are fantastic. Alignment is awesome and such a smooth ride now! Great service as usual. The only hang up is that I placed the order for the tire job at least 3 weeks before arrival. The tires were not in stock. The service advisor should definitely have checked to see if they were in stock before the appointment and with 3 weeks out, there was plenty of time to order. As a result, my car ended up staying at Nalley for 2 days. I live an hour away and have a job and responsibilities. My husband who took my car there was given a loaner vehicle which was appreciated! Since it was going to take a day or 2, he decided to add the detail.The detail/ for $300 I really expected there to be no dirt left on the inside doors or back seat or streaking on the side. This service added an extra day for a total of 3 days with our my car for a detail and new tires. I likely won’t utilize the detailing service again.Communication/ I have been to Roswell Nalley for all my service and maintenance appointments. This is the first time the communication wasn’t 100%. The advisor (I didn’t meet but talked to on the phone) was very kind and courteous. However, when my husband brought the car, she asked if he was doing the 24k service. I only have 21k and just completed the 20k required service 3 weeks prior. And then there’s no tires in stock after being in the system for weeks. I will from now on book my own appointments with one of the 2 previous advisors I have used in the past.Honestly will keep coming back as the experiences for me are all positive but I wanted to offer some insight to maybe help someone else. Thank you!

Kevin was perhaps one of the best sales professionals we've worked with over the years. And...we've bought a lot of cars in our lifetimes. We were a little disappointed in the "hard sell" of warranty programs following our decision to purchase the auto. Certainly a little over the top.
