My personal thanks & appreciation again to Will Gallagher for his very professional approach & knowledge to my many questions & also his patience regarding my profound hearing loss. As my car has achieved some 86000 miles I was also particularly pleased that it passed your dealers rigid inspection with flying colors. This is why I bought a LEXUS in the first place. HOWEVER, as I requested, Will also provided me with a 90,000 mile Service Quotation. I am still in a state of shock. The shop was very busy. I watched my car sit for over an hour, then had service for about 20 minutes (oil/rotate). It was another 15 minutes before the invoice was ready. When I started it the next day the Maintenance Warning came on. I reset it myself. I sure hope they actually did the oil change!

The entire experience of having my car serviced at Nalley Lexus was A-Plus from start to finish. After a prompt and professional intake, I was communicated with consistently both in person and via text message. The repair was completed faster than expected, though it was no particular worry because the waiting area allowed me to "set up shop" with my laptop as work as well as if I was in the office. You can't beat the over-and-above service that Nalley Lexus provides.
