The services I had performed went well. The repair process was longer than usual but that’s understandable due to high customer demand. I would have given a five star rating but there was a recommended service that was surprising. I had the high pressure fuel pump gasket (left side) replaced about a year ago and I received a recommendation to replace it again during this service visit. I didn’t understand why it would require replacement so soon. Either it was not replaced a year ago or it was installed incorrectly a year ago. The service advisor that checked me out was unable to explain which explanation was fitting. When I spoke with my original service advisor after seeing the recommendation, I advised him that I had that particular service performed on a previous visit. He checked my vehicle’s service history and noticed that the gasket had been replaced during a previous service. He stated that the gasket would be replace again without any additional charge. I appreciated the way he rectified the issue but I didn’t expect to have a repeat issue at Nalley Lexus. I have been a Nalley (Acura, Infiniti) customer for over 18 years and I’ve never had an experience of this nature. I will remain a Nalley customer because I do understand that nothing in life can always go according to plans and I found a great deal of comfort in how the problem was resolved. Good customer service is key in retaining loyal customers and I am pleased with the outcome.
