Alex was great...worked hard to make things right....curious as to why my Resist All only got a 5 year warranty?

I dropped my vehicle off for minor maintenance and it was complete less than an hour.

Very satisfied. Cameron is the best. He’s built a real relationship between me and Nallley.

Anthony Waight was very professional and awesome!

As usual, my service consultant gave me the most economical approach to my repairs while maintaining Their high quality service.

My experience was great because my service person Brandi Maday went above & beyond as she always does. Even with this ridiculous recall.

Will Gallagher took excellent care of our car and me! He set me up in a curtesy rental car as soon as he and the great technicians assessed that the maintenance required would be longer than a standard maintenance visit. As always, he explained everything thoroughly and followed through! Thanks Will and the team at Nally Lexus!

Very pleasant experience . Due to odd situations my service was going to take 5-6 days. Brandi took very good care of me. Complimentary rental car and very smooth sailing. Service is the reason I would recommend Lexus ( I think they cost too much but the service is always outstanding. )

Alex actively listened as I shared with him what my ideal car was. He was very patient and was committed to finding the car that I wanted. I am 100% confident that he was working on my behalf and I appreciate his hard work and the deal we were able to compose. He was awesome and I will definitely recommend him if anyone is considering purchasing or leasing a Lexus.

Service took too long to complete but the service advisor agreed to no charge for the service. I appreciated his offer for no charge and the vehicle drives great and looks good.
