I was provided a very warm welcome from Brandy Maday my service counselor. She anticipated my arrival per my previous appointment. She was already aware of my cars recalls and service needs. She did her homework just as she has done at all my prior visits. She is a five star professional and an asset to Nalley Lexus. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to my next visit.

My service rep is Brandi and she is great. She always sets my expectations and keeps me advised if things change.

Service was to comply with the recall and 2 campaigns. I scheduled the Appt by talking to a scheduler who set me up with Anthony and to have a loaner for me. When I arrived I discovered that'd there was no loaner available and Anthony was not scheduled to work that day. FORTUNATELY, Doh stepped up and took charge. Although I was not able to have a Nalley loaner Doh did offer to get me one from Enterprise. I declined and waited for my car. Kudos to Doh.
