The salesman was terrific however, the other guy who was in charge to verify the documents, probably the “accountant”, was extremely slow and take almost 1 h to check all the papers. Besides that he always call somebody to help him, showing he didn’t know the operation system yet.

Danny was excellent. He is a great person and knowledgeable. A great service manager to work with. The length of time to just get an oil change was long. Hopefully, the dealership will improve going forward. However, Danny did tell me that the time would be long.
