My service consultant, Anthony Waight, was welcoming and professional. He explained everything that would need to be done for this scheduled maintenance visit and the work was completed in the time frame he had given me.

Mo always looks out for the customer and provides incredible service. He called me to let me know the day I was scheduled was very busy and got me rescheduled to later in the week so I would not have to wait long in the shop. I have been going to Nalley’s Lexus since 2012 and I would not go anywhere else due to people like Mo. thanks.
