We had a recall appointment. All went well. We were told the amount of time it would take and given updates throughout the process. Our service advisor was very friendly and helpful.

Do was great as usual, getting us processed quickly and keeping us informed throughout the repair. However, service repairs are very high and once again, the car washing was disappointing. The back half interior was clearly not even touched.
