Service Advisor, Igor Markovic's response and availability are excellent. He responded off hours about the battery issue and accommodated immediately. Very happy about it.Later on, he offered a discount towards future service as he was unable to clear the remaining 3 years warranty protection in battery life. I wish he had communicated it to me while on the premises.

Everyone was very welcoming from the moment I arrived. Waiting area and bathroom very clean. Nice snacks and beverages . My service advisor William G was very helpful. I really enjoy my experience every time I visit the service center. One of the reasons I choose to drive a Lexus.
