Brandi was great! She is the reason for the 5 star. However, two things for you: when I brought my car in, it was spotlessly clean. When I picked it up....it had been parked outside for two days under a tree. My car was filthy. Brandi was off the day I picked it up. So I was kinda tossed around to get my car. With your parking garage, not very cool to park my under a big tree, and have it so dirty when I pick it up. Car still vibrates/shimmies, which is why I brought it in. Will schedule another appointment with Brandi next week to address.
