My representative was really great- kudos to Anthony. As we were not sure what was causing the engine sound that I came in to have checked, he correctly and thankfully turned to a senior master mechanic for the diagnosis. Repairs took longer than I had anticipated for what was to be done, and the cost for replacing the part (alternator) was pretty steep compared to what I researched on the internet for a Lexus repair. But 48 hours later ( no loaners were available) I had my car back and no issues since. I will say although I did agree to two other items that were suggested for immediate attention- neither of those items were mentioned on the “complete inspection” from a visit just in May. I did/do appreciate the discount Nalley Lexus offers for Seniors. I found the Service Center incredibly busy the day of my appointment- every chair in the waiting areas was filled! And I also understand that many people were just getting back to “routines” after quarantine - so I was not at all flustered by the business. Kudos to the service department as I know they were busy long before I appeared and long after I had my service completed.
