Nalley Automotive is a great dealership. My sales rep was very knowledgeable, and she was able to tend to my concerns! She was awesome!!! I dislike that the finance manager didn’t budge on an 100+% market value car. And I was literally there all day because there were only 2 business managers working. Overall, great people! Solid customer service! I was able to still get the car at a decent rate. If you are looking for a dealership who cares for your car needs & desires, this is it! Bring the money & they’ll get you into the best car for you!

The 2 recalls were completed in a timely Manner and I was able to use a loaner (which was from a rental company) which was great! Mo was my service consultant and he was helpful and knowledgeable.
