Brandi Maday has been my service representative at the Roswell Nalley Lexus for a number of years now and she is amazing. She is always very professional and pleasant and with her high level of energy, Brandi clearly gives at least 100%. I purchased my Lexus LS360 14 yrs. ago so it hasn't been under warranty for a number of years now but I feel confident that my car is in the best condition and will continue to get me where I need to go for another 100,000 miles thanks to Brandi keeping me up to date with the recommended scheduled maintenance.
