Great service. Brandi is excellent.

Have a platinum warranty issued through lexus financial services m. Couldn’t get a loaner commitment for a recall project that took 3 hours. . Eventually after 2 hours , they came through. That said ,they were very professional and friendly. But, they reduced their loaner vehicles during corona times and that ultimately impacted the customer -me.

Great service as always. Only reco would be to give an estimate on completion. I’d have opted for a loaner if I’d known it would take two days.
