What would be done during the service was fully concisely explained. I was welcomed at the door. Customer service was excellent. The waiting area was a comfortable environment. Car is well maintained by Nalley. I am completely satisfied.

No was excellent. Your service department put my car behind others even I had appointment bc and bc I was not waiting so my repair took 2 days instead of 1. In that respect, I felt you did not perform As well as normal.
