All problems I mentioned were found and fixed, car runs better and is in tip top shape, thanks Lexus! My service Advisor, Dave, was wonderful, I only had to mention my problems once, I was not brushed off. He also gave me a discount for being a nurse!

I had an issue with my less than a year old battery continually failing to hold a charge. Nalley picked up my car and checked for reasons. They discovered it was a faulty battery and as it was under warranty replaced it for free. They then washed my car and returned it to me. Excellent service!
