Paul Alvarado was our salesperson, and he was just great! He was fast, informed, knowledgeable, and followed up with us after the sale taking care of every little thing that came up after the sale including answering questions about our new Lexus, and insuring that any item that needed attention after the sale he arranged for its correction, and made sure that we were completely happy! Everyone at this Nalley Lexus Roswell dealership were just great, very professional, and attentive to our needs! They all made buying a new car a great experience!!

Bryan Shannon was absolutely great to work with. He made sure I was happy from start to finish 5 plus stars for him!! There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but nothing to do with him and he did everything in his power to make sure things came together for me. I wasn’t as fond of the demeanor of the accounting person, he definitely didn’t do anything to reduce the stress level of purchasing a car.

Will Gallagher was very helpful as always. He is ready with the information on both our cars when we arrive and keeps in touch during the service visit. At pick up he is helpful with advice and info regarding our service.
