Will always takes care of me. I had a nail in my tire, but it hadn’t punctured. I was not happy that people didn’t have on masks. I have leukemia and that made me very nervous.

The Service Advisor David Fazio tried to be extremely responsible after realizing that the scheduling staff had failed to notify him about my confirmed service appointment, and he was able to correct that oversight immediately. The free pick-up and drop-off service was very accommodating during the pandemic period. I really appreciated it!

Excellent Service!!!! Due to the Covid19 Pandemic our cars needed servicing, they came to our house and picked both cars up, left us a loaner, brought our cars back to us after they finished! That’s A-1 Service!!! We want to give a shout out to our Service Representative...”MO BARRY” who always take good care of us!!! He is the reason we continue to keep visiting the Roswell Store. 😊
