I am in Tennessee and Nalley Lexus was the closest dealer to me for a Certified Lexus through Costco. I was contacted by the dealer and my salesperson Ron Campbell sent me videos of a couple of cars I might be interested in. I have been very satisfied with every employee that I dealt with during this process, especially Ron. He was spot on with the description of the car and helped me get it delivered to Tennessee. Top quality service and facility

Hey...from my first visit meeting Marlon who was my salesmen, my experience with Clay and the service manager was awesome...I brought my vehicle back to have the weather strip check and they look over my vehicle and everything went from there. I was given a loaner, while the repair was being made, the professionalism, Marlon smile and the politeness everyone showed was beautiful. If I had one compliant I only got one key for my vehicle when I purchased, they are expensive and I am working on purchasing another one. This was a great purchase so far...Thank you
