I had a good experience bringing my car in for service and recall issue. After originally getting a loaner for convenience during the work, we found out the part was on back order so it would be a couple weeks before that work could be done. The dealership brought my car to me so I didn’t have to drive back to the service center. This was much appreciation during my work day.
