Due to my autoimmune disorder, I cannot go out to public places. Lexus picked up the car at my house, serviced and cleaned it and brought back to my house! That is excellent service and much appreciated! Thank you! 5/19/20

Good service, car washed and vacuumed . Only complaint would be that I dropped my Lexus off Sunday night , I was told they would start on it (oil change) at 7:00am, had to wait about 1/2 hour when I arrived at 8:30 for the car to be brought around??

This was a long process of finding the right vehicle. Justin stayed in contact with me and was very good to work with. I had two choices of cars at two Nalley locations and Justin made the difference. Shout out to Mike in finance and Ruben as well.
