I had really nice salesman but felt a little shaded that I had to be refinance two days after I bought the car and the payments went up close to $80 a month.

Very good experience, particularly when Gabriela (I think? She was from Mgmt) took over. Very easy, convenient transaction with no pressure.

For me, this was a surprisingly good experience. Quick service, answer to questions, and the individuals who worked with me online and at the dealership to ensure convenience, rapid response were great. Can't remember the lady's name, but she took over from the salesman and saw to it that we drove the car home that day (not an important consideration, but I appreciated her tenacity), and also saw that someone delivered the paperwork to complete the transaction that day. Very satisfied with her work and now with Nalley!
