I live on the south side of town and I specifically come to this dealership because of the service and respect a I get from Doh. He explains services thoroughly and takes the time to build relationships with customers so you don’t just feel like a number. It is much appreciated.

We have never had such excellent service! We thought we had good service from the Infinity dealership but it pales when compared to Nalley Lexus. From the first visit, to buying the car, to instructions on how to use all the “bells and whistles” on the car we encountered people willing to go the extra mile. Our salesman Justin Winn even drove to our home and spent an hour and a half with us teaching us about the car. We are telling all our friends to go to Nalley Lexus!

Love the service department at Nalley! Always feel special when I bring in my car.

The service experience was fine. However with the COVID pandemic, it seemed there were no/minimal changes at the location. It would be good, if there were some distancing best practices. If the service managers had gloves thay are frequently changed and masks. Thankfully it wasnt crowded so it really wasn't a big deal, but consi6the changes that others have made, we would've expected to see changes like in the facility.

Prompt, courteous and competent is what I expect & that is what is delivered and exceeded.

Have been using Nalley Lexus Roswell exclusively for over 13 years. Purchased LS 460 and recently new LS 500 from this dealership. Service and support from Will Gallagher and more recently Jim Roberts have been outstanding. Do need to find resolution to recent safety recall ( low pressure fuel pump failures) as the concern affects my vehicle usage on longer trips.

We had a wonderful experience with Sal and the management at Nalley. They did a great job taking care of us, and we are enjoying our new vehicle.
