The automotive problem was immediately identified and the required part was ordered. I was loaned a beautiful car while my car was being serviced.I have one complaint that I shared with the manager I was very unhappy that the corroded wires were not recognized when I had a major service on the car a month ago. I don’t go under the hood of my car I rely on the service department to recognize potential problems. This is why I bring my car to a Lexus dealership and pay top dollar for services because I want my car to be taken care of!!!!!

The check in process was smooth and easy for my service. Will was a great help in looking for a coupon for my service thank goodness because the pricing was very high. I had to postpone one of the services needed because it was going to be an additional $450 on top of $700 for a total $1250!! Crazy.Also, I have to make a second trip because the service team for got to change the battery in my fob which I had paid for otherwise I would just go buy a battery.

Very happy with service - my service manager, Glorie, suggested 30,000 mile check-up even though my car (2013 Lexus ES 350) was at 22,400 miles.Felt that this was a good suggestion due to the fact it is 10 years old.Glorie did an excellent job of reviewing all the necessary services and suggested new tires - which I also thought I should get. Feel safer that the car maintenance suggested was thorough.Also when picking up my car, Damore, also went through all the pricing/costs and also ran my car through the car wash again since it had been sitting under one of the trees.Very thoughtful and great customer service from both Glorie and Damore.
