The dealership employees are wonderful - from someone I met in the parking lot assisting me with getting out of your facility with all the construction going on to the loaner rental car agent to Brandy my Service Manager. My warranty maintenance was completed in a timely manner. Accommodations for my wait time were pleasant and allowed for me to complete work while passing the time. My service advisor is consistently welcoming, listens to my concerns and makes certain all are addressed. Nalley Lexus has consistently provided excellent customer service.
