Wonderful experience purchasing new car by everyone involved

The first dealership I visited when looking for a newer SUV was your location. Alex to mind was my sales rep. He was excellent. He was courteous and eager for our business but did not make me feel uncomfortable nor was he pushy. I had every intention of looking around at several dealerships today. However, I only came to Lexus and bought my car within hours.. because of your brand and because of Alex. Everyone we dealt with was a pleasure- Danielle & Mo- kind, personable & professional. Thanks for making a bit of a stressful decision enjoyable.

Sal was terrific! I sent this email to Sal last week: "Hey Sal- I just wanted to let you know that I am so happy with the new vehicle. It seems more comfortable than the 2019 and the Apple CarPlay feature is rocking my world like I knew it would. When I got home with the car I was talking to my husband about it and specifically the apple CarPlay feature. We had a complete misunderstanding. He thought I was having Apple CarPlay installed into my 2019 for the money. He had no idea that I had purchased a new vehicle. Once he realized this, he was in a much better mood. Again, already I am so much happier with this car and that is so important since I'm in my car for work about 75% of the time. And this is a weird one: I'm so glad I no longer have to say 2019 since this was such a horrible year for me with my brother's suicide. It feels so much better saying I have a 2020 Lexus. Praise God I was financially able to do this. I mailed the extra key and the title late yesterday. The man at FedEx said you should receive it on Monday. Thank you so much for your help Sal! Ashley"
