Very happy with service - my service manager, Glorie, suggested 30,000 mile check-up even though my car (2013 Lexus ES 350) was at 22,400 miles.Felt that this was a good suggestion due to the fact it is 10 years old.Glorie did an excellent job of reviewing all the necessary services and suggested new tires - which I also thought I should get. Feel safer that the car maintenance suggested was thorough.Also when picking up my car, Damore, also went through all the pricing/costs and also ran my car through the car wash again since it had been sitting under one of the trees.Very thoughtful and great customer service from both Glorie and Damore.

Good customer service

I liked both the salesman, Manny and The finance man El Rico. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The show room was comfortable and calm which I appreciated.If I Have 1 complaint it would be the amount of time it took to complete the sale. It would be much quicker an easier if the sales person said ok here's the information I need from you- driver's license, insurance card, title to trade in, ss# etc so it could all be copied at the same time instead of all the back and forth. My friends and I were there 5 hours +. It could have been a much shorter process. But I am loving my new Lexus.Ellen Lucy
