Brandy McMillan was the reason I started using the Roswell dealership to service my Lexus. I had always been skeptical about going to a dealer because of all the things you hear. However, 15 years ago Brandy was my service tech and I’ve been coming back ever since. I trust that she’ll be honest with me and she’s great about discerning what absolutely needs to done now, and what can wait until the next visit. I’d give 6 stars to Brandy if I could. You need more service techs like her.

My experience from start to finish was excellent. Alex Dumond was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire sales process. I came in looking for a specific car but decided against it . He recommended I look at another that fit the size I desired, and I instantly knew the car he recommended was for me. He pays attention to detail! There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, as there could be with any large purchase, but managers Jason Alston and Jose Morazan put customer service and satisfaction ahead of all. I really appreciate their dedication to making sure I was happy with my purchase. Even the gentleman who processed my paperwork, Michael Furse, delivered exemplary service that helped me make the right decisions in protecting my car. I love my new car! When its time for a new one, I will certainly purchase from Nalley Lexus of Roswell.

I received very good service. The staff got me in and I got me out within an hour. I wish I could have received a complimentary car wash because my vehicle was very dirty. Service staff is very professional and very busy.

My advisor was helpful and thorough. Although I had scheduled just a software update, Nalley checked the car’s whole system, found a deficiency, and repaired/replaced it. Thanks, Nalley!
